We currently offer short term 6-month leases with a risk-free trial month!
There are two ways to sign up:
Scheduled hours: You have a set schedule and pay for a contracted number of hours every month. You can always adjust your hours during your risk-free trial period and pay for additional hours if business picks up! This is a great option if you have a set pick-up or delivery schedule and need the same hours every week.
Pay-as-you-go Plan: You only pay for hours / spaces you schedule on the calendar. This plan is subject to availability and only works if you have a very flexible or irregular schedule.
Rental Rates:
Main kitchen - $30/hr
Main kitchen w/ front room prep space - $40/hr
Entire facility - $50/hr
Blue room prep space - $25/hr
Front room prep space - $25/hr
Front room prep space & blue room prep space - $30/hr
*There is an additional cleaning fee of $40/month for every renter that covers all cleaning supplies for the facility and helps pay our kitchen janitor.
**Minimum of 5 hours / month rental requirement.
***the time, we do not charge for dry/cold storage, however this is subject to change as space becomes more limited.
